Education
Cybersecurity Awareness is important. Organisations are becoming ever more reliant on technology and data and this reliance is set to increase, as more and more data is generated by people and machines. As this reliance and dependence increases, so the effects of an incident also rise – not just in terms of time lost in managing the incident but in terms of regulatory and legal fines, brand and reputation damage, and external scrutiny. The cost of awareness training is certainly less than the cost of a breach.
However, despite its importance, getting it right is something businesses find hard. Here at Carway Cyber Security we have an approach and strategy which ensure our clients get it right and the ROI is certainly better. We use a process of getting to know the client, the people who we are delivering the training to, what are the most likely things they need to change.
Our sessions are not a degree, they are based on the quote by Albert Einstein:
“Education is not the learning of facts, but the training of the mind to think”
This quote is so true when it comes to cyber awareness as we look at 3 areas within our training:
By adapting this model, the attendees will think differently when using the computers.
Often Cyber awareness is too in-depth and the attendee is often lost off, here at Carway Cyber Security we ensure this is not the case as we use The Feynman technique to ensure a strategy that will work for the attendees.
How do we deliver our education?
We have a few ways we can deliver our training:
Employee education sessions
Keynote speaker slots
Breakfast briefings
Networking events.
Charity awareness sessions.
We can do in person sessions or online via teams or Zoom. We are happy to discuss any requirements and offer a package to meet your needs.
